Our goal is to ensure your chocolate arrives quickly and in perfect condition.
Delivery Times

-
Outside Europe (Standard Shipping): approx. 5–10 business days
-
Express Shipping (Worldwide): approx. 3–4 business days
-
Exceptions: Standard shipping to China, Russia, or Brazil may take up to 20 business days.
All shipping options include tracking, delivery with proof of receipt, and basic liability provided by the carrier.

Packaging & Protection
Each order is carefully packaged to protect your chocolate against impact and temperature fluctuations.
Our parcels include:
-
Sturdy double-walled cardboard
-
Shock-absorbing inner padding
For deliveries to hot climates or during summer months, we offer optional thermal or cooling packaging.
This can be added at checkout for an additional fee, ensuring your chocolate stays at a stable temperature during transit.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs cover packaging, handling, and postage, consisting of a fixed base fee and a variable amount depending on weight and destination.
Tip: Combine multiple items into a single order to save on shipping – separate orders are charged individually.

Tracking
We ship exclusively with Swiss Post and FedEx to ensure reliable and secure delivery worldwide.
Every shipment comes with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package online at any time.
Shipments are delivered with proof of receipt and basic liability, so you can always know the status of your order.
Returns
As chocolate is a perishable product, returns can only be accepted with prior authorization for hygiene and safety reasons.
-
Please contact us before initiating any return.
-
If a package is returned due to non-delivery, reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.
-
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by factors outside our control (e.g., customs delays or refusal of delivery).
